READERS AND ORDINANDS The North Thames Ministerial Training Course offers training for ministry in two different areas... For readers – a two-year training course, based in London or Chelmsford, for readers in the Church of England. Candidates study for a DipHE in Ministry, awarded by Middlesex University. For ordinands – a three-year training course, based in London or Chelmsford, for ordinands in the Church of England and the Methodist Church, and for independent students. Students may gain either a DipHE or an honours BA in Contextual Theology.
