TIMES AND PLACES Because NTMTC serves both the Diocese of London and the Diocese of Chelmsford, the course is taught in two different locations. Students from the London area meet at St George-in-the-East in London's East End, while students from Essex meet at Chelmsford Cathedral. In addition, residential weeks and weekends are held at All Saints Pastoral Centre, near St Albans.
